Project Full Frame’s mission is to provide sustainable workforce development to under-resourced students by providing specialized TV/film training and mentorship, expanding equitable access to careers while developing a diverse, highly skilled creative workforce.

Our Vision

Train on real gear. Students learn on the same cameras, grip, and lighting packages working professionals use. Not simulations.

Work on real productions. Crew and actors collaborate on professional-level shoots and leave with reels, resumes, and IMDb credits.

Build something lasting. Our long-term goal is an annual feature film — real distribution, real revenue, funding the next class.
